PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The printing liquid silicone rubber is a two-component of A and B, with excellent weather resistance, , non-toxic , good stability, moderate hardness, good fluidity, high transparency, heat resistance can reach more than 250 ℃, strong adhesion with all kinds of textile cloths .

The printing liquid silicone rubber has two types of glossy and matt, can be mixing with various colors , it is beautiful appearance and good elasticity after silicone curing.

APPLICATION

Widely used in printing clothes , caps, ribbon, sporting glove,suitcase and bag. Also used in footwear decoration, socks non-slip, glove heat insulation etc.

USAGE

1, Mixing Component A and Component B at weight ratio A:B=10:1 , stir evenly. 

The bubbles in the silicone can be removed by vacuum , but in most cases, the bubbles will disappear by themselves during the printing process.   

First through a small trial, master its use skills. A fine screen ( ≥120 meshes) is recommended to use for a smooth printing.

2, The curing time and curing temperature of the printing liquid silicone rubber can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.
